About Us

 

Lantern Care Services Ltd is a Home Care provider that prides itself on delivering individualised holistic care services to Service Users who wish to remain living in their own homes, but require support to keep them safe whilst achieving this.

 

Lantern Care Services was formed by James Robinson who holds the title of Registerd Manager and Provider. He has a 23 year proven track record of experience with the local authority in the development and management of the delivery of care services in a variety of care settings. These include Residential Care, Home Based Care, Day Centre Management including complex needs with Dementia.

 

Lantern Care Services strive to provide a service that is based on quality and excellence. In achieving this we believe this will ensure the best possible experience for our Service Users. Our aim sets out to achieve personal goals and desires in order for our clients to remain independent for as long as its safe to do so.

 

Lantern Care Services believes its most most valuable asset is a quality and committed team. The investment in recruiting committed, experienced and caring staff ensures that the care we deliver is always aimed at establishing, maintaining and providing high quality client centered outcomes.

 

Registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

 

Lantern Care Services are registered with CQC to provide the following regulated activities:

 

  • Personal Care

 

Service User Bands

 

In line with our approved registration we are able to provide services to the following Service User bands:-

 

  • Older People
  • Adults 18+.
  • Mental Health.
  • Sensory Impairment.
  • Dementia.

Our Role

 

Our role at Lantern Care Services, is to enable others to live independently by applying the basic key principles of care to all who access the service.

 

All Service Users will receive a service that :-

 

  • Respects an individuals choices and wishes in the way their care is delivered.

 

  • Preserves an individuals privacy and dignity wherever possible.

 

  • Confidentiality will be maintained throughout.

 

  • Confident and trained carers to make you feel safe and secure.
